National Air and Space Museum

The National Air and Space Museum on the National Mall houses famous icons of flight: the original Wright Flyer, the Spirit of St. Louis, SpaceShipOne, the Apollo 11 command module and a touchable lunar rock. Take in a free interactive activity, an IMAX film, planetarium show, or observe the Sun and nearby planets at our Public Observatory.
